Find your artistic flow - with this series of restful workshops, led by Zoe Eaton and Bobby Wotnot.
Each session uses art activities, combined with an ambient atmosphere, to aid a state of creative 'flow'. Being absorbed in a creative task is thought to promote a sense of wellbeing, by developing confidence, observation skills, concentration, hand-eye coordination and Mindfulness. The activities we have chosen are designed for people of all levels of artistic ability - so it doesn't matter if you 'can't draw'. .

You can pick any week for £15, or book all 6 sessions for £60. Includes materials and herbal tea.
